Precision Therapeutics believes that every treatment we offer should be fine-tuned to each individual body and whatever their functional outcomes or goals are. We take the approach that the massage treatment can (and should) be done in a therapeutic manner, using a fusion of different styles of massage (modalities) and techniques to create this outcome.

No two massages are ever the same. This is because your therapist is often working off of the real-time biometric feedback of your body to propel the direction and focus of the treatment.

While we acknowledge the value of relaxation and wellness massages (and do still offer this), we wholeheartedly believe that if that is what you are looking for in your treatment then you should instead be going to a wellness clinic or spa. The environment of these facilities (and the entire experience around it) is fine-tuned to provide this outcome for you. Whereas we – as a mobile / in-home service – cannot guarantee the best results from a purely relaxation perspective.

Shorter Treatments:

» 30 & 45 minute treatments are available but with some caveats. First and foremost you will have to message me directly to book this in. But there are further criteria based on location too:

» For in-home treatments: these are meant for children / infants, but must also be following / proceeding an adults treatment as well (it is difficult to justify closing off a large portion of the day to travel and do a 30 minute treatment on it own).

» On Wednesdays at the clinic: anyone can receive these lengths of treatment if they feel they don’t need a longer option (it significantly easier to fit people into a compressed schedule when you are coming to see me, in contrast to the previous point).

Price Adjustments:

→ A $10 discount is available for first-time clients. This can be stacked with any other promotional discount that we may be offering at that time.

→ We also offer a $5 discount (per client) for same household / back-to-back treatments. This is because we do not have to travel to a completely new location and can save money on gas.

→ A $5 or $10 travel fee may be applied, depending on your location.

» Clients located anywhere between 16-32 km’s away from our administration office are subject to a $5 travel fee.

» Whereas clients located over 32 km’s from our administration office will be subject to a $10 travel fee.

** In instances when there is more than one massage treatment (back-to-back) within the same household, only one person will be charged the applicable travel fee. **

** In instances of multiple routes being available to your home, the route chosen will be the one with shortest amount of travel time; even if this means longer distance / km’s traveled. In some instances, this would mean the difference between a $5 and $10 travel fee. **

Geographic Range of Operations:

In a perfect world, it would be wonderful to be able to go anywhere to provide treatments, but it also costs additional fees in business licensing and a dramatic increase in fuel / travel time to get to some areas surrounding the Edmonton Metropolitan Region. For these reasons, the ONLY areas that Precision Therapeutics will be operating is at locations within:

— EDMONTON

— ST. ALBERT

— SPRUCE GROVE

— SHERWOOD PARK

(Apologies to residents of Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Leduc, etc.)

Gift Cards (Virtual):

Gift cards are available to be purchased here (online via Square). The gift card you would be purchasing is virtual and not physical, and is automatically sent off via email after your purchase. There are quite a few design choices and pricing options that allow this process to be as open ended and flexible as possible to meet your needs. These gift cards never expire.

Please keep in mind that there may still be a travel fee that applies on top of the gift card depending on where that person lives. For example getting a $130 gift card for someone out in Spruce Grove will have either a $5 or $10 extra charge as a travel fee depending on how far I need to travel from my home office (as discussed about in “price adjustments”) when they book in their treatment.
