Full-on winter is just around the corner. For some this can mean a return to all of the activities that Canadians hold dear; out door rinks, snowshoeing, tobagganing, cross-country skiing, running in -30°C, and various festivals or celebrations of the cold and frozen tundra.

However it is not a party for absolutely everyone (quite a shocker, I know). Some people can go about their entire day stuck in a building without ever being directly in sunlight! Others can be caught on the business end of a slick and icy walkway (unlikely to be an experience that you want to replicate frequently). My point is just that while winter may offer up many fun activities and events, the season also comes with its own host of issues as well.

For these reasons, I have decided to run a giveaway spanning the month of November. The giveaway prizes will consists of a couple free 90-minute massage therapy treatments. The treatments can be redeemed at the winners choice of the Evolve Strength downtown location on Tuesday / Wednesday, or via mobile appointment (in-home) any other day of the week.

How can you win one of these free treatments? It is fairly simple, everyone who has a treatment during the month of November is automatically entered to win! But to keep things interesting: you may also gain additional entries via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).

** Please note that this giveaway is restricted to the Edmonton and immediate surrounding areas; the same area that Precision Therapeutics operates within.

As specified earlier, the giveaway will actually take place at the end of November, with entries being accepted the entire month. The draw will happen on the evening of the 30th, with the winners being announced before midnight.
